Graduates of high schools or equivalent are eligible for admission, with the equivalent of a GPA of 2.0 or better.

Students must be 18 years or older by the start of the semester without restrictions.

English Proficiency: TOEFL: PBT 450, CBT 160, IBT 60; iTEP: 3.0; IELTS: 5.5; IGCSE: C; GTEC CBT: 1030; Pearson Test of English: 45; PTE Academic: 44; STEP-Eiken: Grade Pre-1.

If you appreciate personal fashion and grooming, the latest hair styles and skin care, are self-motivated, and enjoy being around people, cosmetology training could be your key to a rewarding career.<br> The 1800-hour Cosmetology Program at Santa Barbara City College prepares students to take the final examination given by the State Board of Cosmetology for California licensure.
