To graduate, students must meet the requirement of the department, Graduate School, and achieve a minimum GPA of 3.0 in the Sociology Graduate Program. Having met the requirements, full-time students may complete the program in two academic years or less. Regular admission to the Master of Arts and Master of Arts and Education degree programs in Sociology requires meeting the admission requirements of the College of Graduate Studies, including presentation of scores on the aptitude sections of the GRE for any applicant with an undergraduate GPA below 2.7. Four-year Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited college or university required , The College of Graduate Studies requires official transcripts from all universities/colleges you are currently attending or have attended. In addition to the official, final transcripts, you must also provide official certified, or attested copies of all graduation certificates, diplomas or degree certificates needed to fulfill your admission.
