Applicants from institutions outside the U.S. must hold the equivalent of a U.S. bachelor's degree from a college or university of recognized standing
Your Statement of Purpose should identify your personal and professional goals. You should also discuss your development to date and your intentions relative to graduate study and life beyond Stanford. Scanned transcripts are required to be uploaded as part of the application. You are also required to mail one set of official transcripts directly to ICME (please note ICME only requires one set which differs from other departments' requirements) from all previous colleges or universities that you attended full-time for one year or more.
Transcripts
You are required to upload official copies of your transcripts or e-transcripts onto the online application for all institutions you have attended for at least a year as a full time student.
'Letters of Recommendation
Three letters of recommendation are required, at least one letter must come from an academic source, however we recommend two.
GRE- All applicants must provide GRE General test scores from an examination taken within the past five years of the application deadline. Your official score report should be sent to the Stanford Graduate Admissions office directly from ETS.
