Graduates of the BBA in Accounting Program develop a keen understanding of current accounting and management theories, and their practical applications in business today. Working closely with a renowned faculty from diverse professional backgrounds, BBA in Accounting students benefit from a rigorous course of study aimed at helping them obtain the technical and professional skills needed for success. Students with a BBA in Accounting Degree can also complete additional coursework to qualify for professional certifications including the Texas CPA Exam.<br><br>The undergraduate accounting curriculum provides a broad education in accounting theory and practice with an appreciation for ethical decision making. Students completing the four-year program (120 credit hours) earn a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in accounting. Career options include positions in corporations, government, and other not-for-profit organizations.
