ACCT 1115 (Introductory Accounting I)
One of: MGMT 1120 (Principles of Management), or MARK 1130 (Introduction to Marketing), or ORGB 1135 (Organizational Behaviour).
Proof of English Language Proficiency
Completion of minimum 24 post-secondary credits or 8 post-secondary courses with an Admission GPA of 2.0 if the most recent 24 credits were completed at NAIT, or Admission GPA of 2.3 if the most recent 24 credits were completed outside of NAIT.
IELTS (Academic Format) - 6.5 overall score, with no section below 5.0
TOEFL IBT (Internet Based) - 80 overall score, with no section below 20

We cover a wide range of topics including organizational change, diversity in the workplace, employment law, contract negotiations and professional culture.<br>Join a fascinating field powered by people. HR practitioners makes significant contributions to the success of every organization.<br><br>In your first year of the program, you will take 10 common courses in order to gain foundational core business knowledge. In the second year of studies, you'll take the required courses in Human Resource Management to get a specialized diploma upon graduation.<br>By the end of the program, you'll be able to estimate, forecast and plan an organization's human resource needs by recruiting talent, assessing risks and benefits of HR plans and setting strategic, achievable goals.<br><br>Upon graduation, you'll be prepared to work as an HR professional with knowledge of recruitment and selection, compensation management and labour relations.
