South's Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Hospitality Management provides students with the knowledge, skills, and tools to leverage their associate degree in Accounting, Culinary Arts, or other related areas of study. Management-level positions in the hospitality industry require professionalism and skills not just in management, but also marketing, operations, legal issues, and human resources.
