Build on your business diploma with this business administration management advanced diploma program. Our leadership and management courses will provide you with the necessary critical thinking and analytical skills to make any business a success. Youll also have the opportunity to apply to further develop your consulting skills with the option of substituting two courses for the intensive community consultancy program, working with live clients to solve real problems.<br>Students who have completed the two-year business diploma program can continue for a third year to earn an Ontario College Advanced Diploma in business administration management.<br>Students will explore subject matter including strategic planning, leadership principles and practices, performance management, social responsibility, sustainability, organizational change, global business and creativity and innovation in business. Additionally, students foster the decision-making skills that are in demand in today's economy. Experiential learning is integral to the program, allowing students to explore management in practice and apply their skills. <br> Graduates of this program will have earned all the education credits required for the Certified in Management (CIM) designation from the Canadian Institute of Management. Graduates who meet admission requirements are also eligible for transfer to the Honours Bachelor of Commerce (Management) degree or they may be eligible to complete a degree at many other post-secondary institutions or complement your advanced diploma with a graduate certificate offered at Fanshawe.
