Expand your career opportunities within the dynamic travel and tourism industry.Studied concurrently with the New Zealand Certificate in Tourism Level 3, this programme blends theory with real-world learning to cover essential skills needed to work in travel consultancy environments.You'll learn how to use industry-standard systems and processes, research travel products, plan itineraries, prepare quotes, develop and maintain relationships and provide excellent customer service. You and your classmates will also plan and undertake a week-long educational trip, and stage a travel expo attended by travel and tourism industry professionals, to showcase your year's work.<br><br>This qualification will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to work as a junior consultant in a travel consultancy, or in the delivery of travel products across a range of organisations in the travel industry.
