Businesses don't stand still. Our business studies course helps students become confident graduates ready to adapt to the needs of business. Our four year Business Studies sandwich degree has been designed to meet the specific needs of businesses and to provide you with the skills and understanding to excel in your career. On this course you'll learn about the internal functions and structures of business organisations and the external drivers that impact on them. You'll then have the opportunity to apply this learning within your year-long placement in third year. You may wish to combine your study of business with entrepreneurship, finance, human resource management or marketing management. n preparation for your placement you'll be provided with a thorough grounding in key disciplines, and business processes and functions. The analytical and problem solving skills you'll develop will allow you to produce business plans, carry out market analysis and provide you with other key competencies which employers seek.
