Our entry requirements indicate both Standard and Minimum qualifications with which we normally accept students. Competition for places varies from year to year and you aren't guaranteed a place if you meet the minimum qualifications.

GCSE grade C/4 in English.

GCSE Maths recommended.

Irish Leaving Certificate
Pre-2017 Grading System:
B1, B1, B3, B3 at Higher Level and grade C2 in Ordinary Level English.

OL Maths is recommended

New Grading System:
H2, H2, H3, H3 at Higher Level and grade O4 in Ordinary Level English.

OL Maths is recommended

BTEC (QCF) Extended Diploma Level 3
Minimum grades DMM (Distinction, Merit, Merit).

GCSE grade C/4 in English.

GCSE Maths recommended.

International Baccalaureate Diploma
Award of Diploma with 28 points overall with three HL subjects at grades 6, 5, 4.

Grade 4 in SL English.

SL Maths is recommended

European Baccalaureate
Pass at 70% or above with grade 7 in three subjects.

Grade 6 English.

Maths is recommended

Scottish HNC
Other HNC subjects may be considered for year 1 entry where a B in the graded unit is achieved.

Minimum year 2
HNC
Pass HNC in Administration and IT, Business, Human Resource Management, Management (not Retail), Marketing or Marketing Communication with grade B at SCQF level 7 in the graded unit.

HND
Pass HND in Administration and IT, Business, Human Resource Management or Marketing with grade B at SCQF Level 8 in the graded unit(s).

IELTS (Academic) - 6.0 overall, with no component below 5.5
TOEFL Internet Based Test - 80 overall with a minimum of 17 in listening, 18 in reading, 20 in speaking and 17 in writing
