BSc Management and Human Resources explores critically the key management ideas and practices that shape the modern workplace. You will explore the societal dimensions and impact of work policy and management practices, and how the individual is placed in relation to the firm. This is a rigorous programme of study accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), but it is also flexible with a large number of optional second and third-year modules from which to choose, building a degree that makes the most of your strengths and interests.<br><br>Studying Management and Human Resources at Lancaster helps you understand many current and critical questions about the changing nature of organisations, work and people management practices.
