If you are a working writer, knowing how the modern commercial industry works will improve your chances of success. This programme gives you practical publishing experience and hones your creative practice.<br><br>You will be introduced to the fast-paced world of commercial publishing and learn the how the different sectors of the publishing industry – from commercial fiction to academic publishing – fit together in a global industry.<br><br>We aim to improve your skills as a creative writer, particularly as a writer of short stories and novels through weekly workshops with published authors. You will also build the practical print and digital skills and experience needed to better engage with the publishing industry and work within it.<br><br>Full-time: 1 year
