Fremantle Entry Requirements
Applicants with recent Secondary Education
Indicative ATAR of 90 or equivalent with a score of 50+ in ATAR English, ATAR Literature or ATAR English as an Additional Language or Dialect (EALD), or
Minimum International Baccalaureate (IB) score of 33
Applicants with Higher Education Study
Other University Studies completed at undergraduate level or higher. A minimum number of 4 subjects with a high credit average is required.
Applicants with Vocational Education and Training (VET) Study
Completed AQF Diploma or higher in relevant discipline, from an accredited provider such as TAFE or a registered training organisation (RTO).
Applicants who have successfully completed subjects at another University, which are relevant to the selected program of study, may be eligible for Advanced Standing.
Applicants with Work and Life Experience
Applicants who left secondary education more than two years previously and who have not undertaken VET or higher education study since then, but with relevant work and life experience. Such experience may include, but is not limited to:
Mature-age completion of two Year 12 WACE or HSC exams with a resulting ATAR of 90 or above
OR
Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) or equivalent results if these have been completed within the last 5 years.
Sydney Entry Requirements
Applicants with recent Secondary Education
HSC Performance Band Results with a Band 5 in English, a minimum average of Bands 5s and an overall minimum average HSC mark of 80% in HSC Category A Courses (or Interstate equivalent). Applicants must be eligible for an ATAR or OP, or
Minimum International Baccalaureate (IB) score of 31.
Applicants with Higher Education Study

The University of Notre Dame Australia's Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Human Resource Management will give you an insight into the complex legal framework underpinning human resource management. Increasingly, organisations realise the importance of managing their people to balance their legal and ethical obligations with their business goals. As a result, human resource management now plays an important strategic role, requiring the expertise of professionals with knowledge in people management, the law, and business issues which you will encounter in our combined double degree program. At The University of Notre Dame Australia, our Bachelor of Laws / Bachelor of Human Resource Management is a five-year, full-time degree. Intensely challenging and highly practical, this double degree program will expose you to new ways of thinking, giving you the skills to critically analyse existing resources and determine outside-the-box solutions.<br><br>As the business world evolves, companies realise that their employees are their most valuable asset. Human resource management can help companies adapt and thrive in constant economic, sociological, and technological changes. Furthermore, because HR managers are increasingly responsible for areas such as training, workplace laws and obligations, succession planning and performance management, a knowledge of the law is invaluable. By studying subjects such as Commercial Law, Contract Law, and Alternative Dispute Resolution, you will also understand your legal obligations in the workplace. Similarly, your studies in Employment Relations, Human Resource Policy and Change Management will teach you how to apply your knowledge within an organisational structure.
