In this course, you will analyse theoretical and real-world economic issues using state-of-the-art technical economic and statistical analysis. The degree includes core, electives and a 1-year research dissertation completed under the personal supervision of an academic member of staff.<br>This degree is designed for students with a strong background in mathematics, the sciences, or a strong undergraduate major in economics, as well as for professionals requiring high-end training in economic theory and applications. It is also suitable for students seeking a pathway towards a PhD.<br>The Master of Economic Analysis is a postgraduate coursework degree focusing on methods of economic modelling and working with data using sophisticated tools to produce independent research.<br><br>You will complete core units in mathematics, economic theory and application and elective units as needed to meet the requirements of the course.
