A-level
Overall: BBB. Alternatively, ABC with grades of AB in required subjects.

Required subjects: Grade B in French and German.

Applicants with one of these languages at the required grade at A-level can be considered if they would like to study the second language ab initio. Ab initio study will involve additional contact hours and intensive study during the first year of the programme. Ab initio applicants can considered with grades of ABC including grade A in one of the required languages.

Applicants taking an A-level science subject with the Science Practical Endorsement are required to pass the practical element.

Please note: A-level General Studies and A-level Critical Thinking are not accepted.

GCSE or equivalent: English Language at Grade C(4) and Mathematics at Grade C (4) (or equivalent).
International Baccalaureate
Overall: 32.

Required subjects: HL5/SL6 in French and German.

Applicants with one of these languages at the required grade can be considered if they would like to study the second language ab initio. Ab initio study will involve additional contact hours and intensive study during the first year of the programme.

GCSE or equivalent: English HL4/SL4 and either Maths HL4/SL4 or Maths Studies HL4/SL4.
IELTS Academic: 6.5 overall with 6.0 in Writing and 5.5 in each other element.
TOEFL (ibt) - 88 overall with 12 in Reading, 11 in Listening, 17 in Speaking and 23 in Writing
