This degree will help you to develop different perspectives on problems around you - in both English and French. This combined French and Philosophy degree offers a range of French and Francophone language and literature modules from the Middle Ages to the present day, as well as an extremely wide choice of philosophy modules, with particular teaching strengths in the philosophy of mind, science and ancient philosophy. This degree is taught in the heart of London, and offers a year abroad in a French-speaking country.<br><br>On our French with Philosophy BA course you will take a series of required language and Philosophy modules throughout the course, and choose from a wide range of optional modules to suit your interests. Your French modules cover French and Francophone language and literature from the Middle Ages to the present day, while your Philosophy modules include philosophy of mind, philosophy of science and ancient philosophy. We are also able to offer a wide range of optional modules, including areas such as Indian philosophy and Medieval philosophy.
