音乐文学学士

具有音乐专业的文学学士（BA）专为通识教育课程中的音乐研究而设计。对于不寻求专业音乐学位但希望在音乐研究中拥有坚实基础的学生，音乐家，表演和历史领域提供了基础知识的艺术课程。鼓励寻求其他领域专业（双专业）或修读专业预科课程（法律预科，医学预科等）的课程的学生报读音乐学士学位。音乐学士学位不能与音乐学士学位相结合。音乐学士学位可与音乐教育学士学位相结合。
The Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with a major in Music is designed for the study of music within a liberal arts curriculum. For the student who is not seeking a professional music degree but who desires a solid foundation in the study of music, the areas of musicianship, performance, and history provide the core of courses toward a basic intellectual grasp of the art. Students who additionally seek to major in other areas (double major) or to take a large number of courses in a pre-professional program (pre-law, pre-medical, etc.) are encouraged to enroll in the B.A. in Music. The B.A. in Music cannot be used as a major in combination with the Bachelor of Music. The B.A. in Music is permitted as a major in combination with a Bachelor of Music Education.
