International students applying to Catholic University must have successfully completed a university preparatory course of study at a secondary school (a minimum of 12 years of primary and secondary school training comprising the equivalent to a U.S. high school diploma).

Acceptable Test Scores

TOEFL - 80 Internet (should have at least 20 out of 30 in each category); 150 Paper; 213 Computer.

IELTS - 6.5 (individual test module scores are also reviewed in addition to the overall score to ensure proficiency)

课程简介

Academic electives will include courses in the natural and behavioral sciences and the humanities. To graduate, piano principals must complete, at a minimum, Piano Level VIII. Requirements for all levels appear at the end of the Undergraduate section of the Catalog Announcements. MUS 118518, 335, 337, and 457 are offered on a rotational basis. Students may take these courses out of the sequence listed, if necessary. History of Music I, II, and III (MUS 325, 326, 327) may be taken in any order.<br><br>Music education majors are required to take the Praxis Core Academic Skills for Educators (Core) Tests (formerly Praxis I) during their freshman or sophomore year. Praxis Subject Assessments (formerly Praxis II) must be taken when all courses are completed and before applying for licensure.
