All first-year applicants must submit the following credentials along with their completed application:
Official high school transcript
Official score report from one of the following: SAT, ACT, TOEFL, IELTS, EPE (English Proficiency Exam, the MCPHS on-campus test)
One letter of recommendation
We prioritize the review and admission of applications submitted earlier in our rolling admission process, so it is to your advantage to submit your application as soon as possible.

All applicants are automatically considered for scholarship with their application. We have a rolling admission process, and the sooner you submit your application, the more favorably you will be considered both for admission and scholarship.

For consideration for admission, the following application materials must be submitted:

Completed MCPHS Application or Nursing CAS Application
Official college transcripts from every college attended
Personal Statement (included in application)
A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university
Prerequisite Courses:

Anatomy and Physiology I & II with lab (8 credits)
Microbiology with lab (4 credits)
General Chemistry I with lab (4 credits)
Nutrition (3 credits) or General Chemistry II with lab (4 credits)
Human Development (3 credits) (Acceptable courses include Human Growth & Development, Life Span Development, and Development Across the Lifespan)
Statistics (3 credits) (Acceptable substitutions include Basic Statistics, Biostatistics, Psychological Statistics, Economic Statistics)
Prerequisite courses must have been completed at a regionally accredited college or university with a final grade of C+ or higher. Math and science courses taken more than ten years prior to the anticipated date of matriculation to MCPHS will not be accepted. Official exam results from CLEP examinations can be used for up to 18 credits of prerequisite courses.
