Transcripts from each college or university attended are required, except from Georgia State University/Perimeter College. Transcripts are required regardless of length of stay or if the grades are listed on another school's transcript. Selection is competitive, based upon recommended minimum overall grade point average of 2.75 or higher.

课程简介
The purpose of the post-master's certificate acute care nurse practitioner program is to enable registered nurses who hold a master degree in another nursing specialty area, adult-gero nurse practitioner primary care and family nurse practitioner, to gain the knowledge and skills required for certification as an acute care adult-gerontology nurse practitioner. Core courses required for students in their original master degree nursing program will be evaluated for equivalency to the required post-master's certificate courses. Past education and experience will be evaluated to determine which required core courses may be waived because of equivalency with GSU courses. Completion of the certificate program will enable the certificate holder to take the American Nurses Credentialing Center's examination for adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner.
