国际学生入学条件

Prospective students must meet the following requirements for admission:
A BSN from a regionally accredited institution, equivalent to that offered by UAB School of Nursing.
Possess an unencumbered/unrestricted license to practice nursing in the state where coursework will be completed (didactic and clinical). Both UAB and the School of Nursing must have current authorization to operate in the state.
An undergraduate grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale either cumulatively or on the last 60 semester credit hours.
Students with than a 3.2 GPA (last 60 hours undergraduate GPA or overall undergraduate GPA) are required to complete and submit scores for the Graduate Record Exam (GRE) or GMAT.
Three (3) letters of professional reference attesting to the applicant's potential for graduate study.
A resume or curriculum vitae (CV).

IELTS 6.5 and minimum of 6.0 in at least 2 of the 4 test sections.
TOEFL iBT 80 and minimum of 18 in each of the 4 test sections.

A practicefocused terminal degree, the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Program prepares graduates to lead the translation of scientific evidence into best practices for improving population health and health systems outcomes.<br><br>The DNP Program at UAB, ranked 11th in the nation by U.S. News & World Report, offers five distinct pathways that led to the Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. Each pathway provides career-minded students the opportunity to learn from some of the nation's leading nursing and interprofessional faculty in the state's only Academic Health Science Center, giving them the foundation they need to be leaders across nursing and health care, making a difference in the lives of the patients and families they serve.
