对应用研究，健身，健康以及运动科学或运动科学的临床应用感兴趣的学生，应选择此选项。该部门拥有一个3,000平方英尺的人类绩效实验室，该实验室具有最先进的研究级设备。合格的学生可以在本系内担任研究生教学助理。在与健康有关，与表现有关和临床方面也有各种当地实习机会。课程学习将为学生准备从事与运动科学和/或高级学位相关的健身/健康，运动或临床环境的工作。
The Department of Kinesiology offers advanced study designed to enhance professional competencies in pedagogy (M.A. in Kinesiology), exercise science (Exercise Science Option), sport administration (Sport Administration Option), and sport psychology (Sport Psychology Option). These offerings prepare students for more advanced degrees, applied research, and/or careers in clinical settings, teaching, administration, coaching, or the sport industry.<br>The graduate program at Fresno State is considered one of the premier programs on the west coast.
