国际学生入学条件

A baccalaureate degree in any major along with our required prerequisite courses. Students may be in the process of completing prerequisites and bachelorâ€™s degree when they apply. After acceptance, in order to enroll, the student must have successfully completed a bachelorâ€™s degree and all outstanding prerequisites (courses yet to complete) with grades of A or B (C grades may be reviewed by the admissions committee). Applicants receiving an offer must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on their overall GPA (as calculated in PTCAS), the last 60 hours GPA and the prerequisites GPA at the time of application and maintain all GPAâ€™s before beginning the program. Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score of at least 550 (paper-based), 213 (computer-based), or 79 (iBT), International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score of 6.5 or higher.

If movement and function of the human body appeal to you, if helping people regain strength and reduce pain is rewarding to you, if developing fitness and wellness regimes for others excites you, then physical therapy may be the field for you. TWU has been a pioneer in educating physical therapists since the 1960s, advancing the practice and science of physical therapy through education, research and service. Accredited by the Commission for Accreditation in Physical Therapy (CAPTE), the program prepares students to take the National PT Exam and licensure in the State of Texas.
