This degree is a perfect combination of subjects which allows you to explore the Earth, the environment and how humans have lived and how communities have developed, throughout key historical periods. This programme covers the core Geography courses as taught in the single MA Geography degree but has the option of including a range of History and/or History of Art courses. History is one of the richest disciplines that you can study. As you explore past events and human activity over a range of historical periods, you will advance your knowledge and understanding of the subject as a whole. The depth at which you will study History at Aberdeen will help you develop valuable analysis and evaluation skills that meet the requirements of top employers.
