国际学生入学条件

Admission for those seeking a master's degree or graduate certificate is typically based on undergraduate record and may also consider relevant work experience and motivation towards study in the program in question as demonstrated by the applicant's personal statement. Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher is typically required, and students must maintain a 3.0 GPA during graduate study to remain in good standing. Students may choose either a Master's Thesis Option or Non-Thesis Option

Official transcripts of all undergraduate coursework and post secondary studies
Three (3) official letters of recommendation

Minimally accepted TOEFL scores, when applying for graduate pro-grams, are 550-paper, 213-computer, and 80 Internet. Students taking the TOEFL should have at least 20 out of 30 in each of the TOEFL sub-categories. The minimally accepted graduate IELTS score is 6.5. Indi-vidual IELTS test module scores are also reviewed in addition to the overall IELTS score.

课程简介

The M.S. program has two options, the thesis option and the non-thesis option. The non-thesis option contains a minimum of 30 SCH of approved graduate-level courses. Students should work with their academic advisors to setup their study plans upon entering the program. For the thesis option, students should meet with their master thesis advisor, and submit a master thesis request form to the Department for approval. Students who take the thesis option will require a minimum of 24 SCH. Apply such tools as cryptography and statistics to solve security and privacy issues in wireless networks, and also to enhance network security, system and web security, networking and network management.
