This 43-credit hour program for alternative Class A certification is designed for graduates of an accredited university who have already earned a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in any area other than a K-6 certification program, but would like to be a certified elementary school teacher. This is a full-time program that requires students to attend classes on campus and at clinical settings during traditional work hours. Certification areas include Kindergarten through sixth grade with the ability to teach sixth grade at any middle school. Students in the program will receive outstanding support and instruction from a host of veteran classroom teachers and professors. For the past three years, 100% of graduates have experienced immediate job placement after completing all requirements for graduation and certification.
