特殊教育资格证书课程证书：幼儿特殊教育

教育专家指导证书授权持有人提供指导和特殊教育支持，并进行与学生进入学术核心课程有关的教育评估。可以根据证书持有人的专业领域在以下设置中提供支持服务：资源室或服务，特殊教育设置，通识教育设置，特殊学校，家庭/医院设置，州立医院，发展中心，惩教设施，非公立，非宗派学校和机构，替代性和非传统教学，教室以外的公立学校环境。
The Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) Specialist credential is a stand-alone teaching credential authorizing educational services to infants, toddlers, and preschool age children with disabilities and their families. The ECSE Specialist credential is issued by the California Commission of Teacher Credentialing, with issuance based on successful completion of a Commission-approved ECSE training program. The ECSE Specialist credential program at Sacramento State is a Commission-approved program. University- and California Commission on Teacher Credentialing- (CTC) approved program options also allow candidates to pursue the M/M or M/S specialty concurrently with the Multiple Subject Credential. Another approved program allows candidates to add an ECSE Certificate to existing Clear M/M, M/S or other California Special Education Specialist credentials. All credential programs undergo continual review and change, current requirements are available on the Teaching Credentials website. All candidates are required to seek advisement regarding credential coursework and must complete a program advisement plan prior to the start of the program. Candidates must take prerequisites prior to the start of the program, candidates who continue without advisement or do not complete prerequisites prior to the start of the program may be disenrolled.
