Immerse yourself in understanding the American obesity epidemic, push the boundaries of our understanding of metabolic disorders, and investigate how micronutrients impact our bodies and overall wellness. As a Master's student in the Graduate Program in Nutritional Sciences (GPN), you'll do all of this and more - while gaining advanced training in research, leadership, education, and community engagement in specialized and interdisciplinary settings. Earn your M.S. while working alongside our esteemed faculty, and take part in a robust selection of hands-on research experiences, including applied research in clinical and community settings, as well as basic research focusing on cellular and molecular mechanisms of specific nutrients in relation to metabolism and other physiological properties. Upon completion, you'll be well prepared to pursue doctoral-level training through our Ph.D. program in Nutritional Sciences or take on a leadership, research, or academic position in a variety of related fields.
