They require a 2.0 minimum GPA for all incoming freshmen and trans-fer students.
Upload your official Secondary Transcripts in English to the Application. Students from African countries that use the WAEC exam need to submit their scratch card and exam information so we can verify scores online.
Mail or email a copy of your immigration documents:
Passport
I-20 from current school (if you have one)
U.S. Visa (if you have one)
I-94 (if you have one)
Minimum English Requirements (must meet one of the following)
A score of 500 or higher on the written TOEFL
A score of 173 or higher on the computerized TOEFL
A score of 61 or higher on the internet-based TOEFL
A score of Band 5.5 (overall) on the IELTS
A score of 43 or higher on PTE (Pearson Test of English)
A score of 90 or higher on Duolingo
Completion of Level 109 at an ELS Language Center or its equivalent
Completion of EF Level 4
A score of 410 on the Old SAT Critical Reading section or 22 on the New SAT Reading section
A score of 19 on the ACT English

The mission of the professional education unit is to prepare candidates who attain educational achievement through collaboration and reflection. To that end the professional education unit (including content departments), collaborates with K-12 schools, Educational Service Cooperatives, Educational Renewal Zones and other local, state, and national organizations to inculcate high standards of educational achievement for all students. The Unit engages pre-service and in-service teachers, administrators, counselors and other educators to excel in teaching, leadership, scholarship and service.<br><br>Learning Goals<br>Our foreign language graduates can communicate effectively. <br>Our foreign language graduates understand diversity reflected in literature of their target language.<br>Our foreign language graduates can analyze and evaluate competing arguments and interpretations.<br>Our graduates can conduct research to access and synthesize information.<br>Our foreign language graduates will demonstrate knowledge of literature, culture and civilization, and/or linguistics in the target languages.
