The Master of Accountancy consists of a four graduate level core accounting courses required and approved by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy so that students will qualify for candidacy to take the CPA examination, a minimum of four courses in the student's area of concentration and 6 hours of approved graduate accounting or business electives.<br><br><br>Career Opportunities<br><br>Public accounting firms and large corporations like Deloitte, PwC, Lauterbach, Borchow & Co., SBNG Certified Public Accountants, Pena, Briones, McDaniel & Co. and El Paso Electric are among the top recruiters of UTEP's M.Acc. graduates.
