A 4-year University of Toronto Bachelor's Degree, or its equivalent, from a recognized university.
Completion of a CEGEP program prior to a Quebec Bachelor's (3-year) degree is equivalent to a 4-year program.
Minimum requirement is a B+ (77%) or 3.3 (4.0 grade scale) in each of the final two years of Bachelor's Degree.
Although these tests are not required and there is no minimum score requirement, this information is helpful to the admissions committee.

The MIRHR degree may be taken on a full-time or part-time basis. The MIRHR is a professional degree program designed to train students in the latest innovations and best practices within industrial relations and human resources management. The degree provides specialized study of the employment relationship using an interdisciplinary approach.<br>The MIRHR is designed to train professionals in the latest innovations and best practices within industrial relations and human resources management. Integral to the MIRHR degree is training in the essential analytical and empirical methods required of the today's practitioner. The MIRHR degree consists of required courses, as well as elective courses that increase a student's breadth of knowledge. A student may also select elective courses based on a specific area of interest. Two program options are available for those who meet the requirements for admission. Part-time study is available in both MIRHR programs.
