High School Applicant: (for applicants who have completed less than 24 post-secondary credits)
Minimum 55% in English 30-1 or English 30-2
Minimum 55% in Math 30-1 or Math 30-2 or Applied Math 30
Three additional 30 level courses (30-1 or 30-2 courses are acceptable) including three of Math 31, Biology 30, Physics 30, Chemistry 30, Science 30, Social Studies 30-1 or 30-2, Aboriginal Studies 30, Physical Education 30, Francais 30-1 or 30-2, Psychology 30, Law 30, any 35 level additional language course, any 30-1 or 30-2 fine arts course, or any 30-level AP course. Courses at a 30-3, 30-4, or any other 35 level will not be considered.
An overall minimum average of 65% in the five required high school courses.
Proof of English Language Proficiency
Post-Secondary Applicant: (for applicants who have completed a minimum of 24 post-secondary credits or 8 post-secondary courses and their most recent minimum 24 credits or 8 post-secondary courses were completed in a credit program at an accredited post-secondary institution)
Completion of minimum 24 post-secondary credits or 8 post-secondary courses* with an Admission GPA (based on the most recent minimum 24 credits or 8 post-secondary courses) of 2.0. Please refer to information on how to calculate your AGPA.
Proof of English Language Proficiency
Applicants that do not meet the minimum AGPA requirement that have a minimum AGPA of 1.7 may enroll in any three of the following four Open Studies courses. Completion of three of these four Open Studies courses with a minimum mark of 70% (B-) in each course will satisfy the AGPA requirement for the program:
CMIS 3350 Business Analytics and Data Visualization
ETHC 3311 Ethics Fundamentals*
ECON 3340 Business and Its Environment
COMM 3321 Critical Reading and Writing*
Note: COMM 3321 and ETHC 3311 must be taken in the same term or COMM 3321 must be taken before ETHC 3311
Please note that acceptance into the program does not guarantee transfer credits. Transfer credits evaluation will take place after the student is accepted into the program.
Business Diploma Graduates: (for applicants who want to start at Year 3)
Completion of a Business Administration diploma with a Graduation GPA of 2.0
IELTS (Academic Format) - with minimum overall band score of 6.5 with no band less than 5.0
TOEFL IBT (Internet Based) - Minimum total score of 80 with no individual component below 20

The BBA degree with Marketing concentration prepares you to excel in high-demand business marketing careers. The BBA with Marketing concentration includes a sequence of courses that allows you to build skills and master competencies in a variety of marketing areas, including digital marketing, sales, marketing communications, and corporate social responsibility and the non-profit sector. Youll also make connections between classroom learning and the world of work through industry engagement, formal presentations, group projects, case studies, and/or cooperative work placement. Students taking the BBA with a Marketing concentration can expect to integrate their marketing knowledge to support different organizational and multi-disciplinary goals in Canadian and international organizations.<br><br>In the BBA Marketing Concentration, the goal is to develop students' ability for robust analytical processes critical to the operation of a business. Students will learn through business cases, engaging directly with the industry, understanding business decision-making processes and considering the many factors affecting marketing campaigns and projects.
