国际学生入学条件

Undergraduate bachelor's degree in Art or an art-related field. (Art-related fields include Design, Media Arts, Architecture, Art Education, Photojournalism, Scene Design, or Film.) We welcome applicants with degrees other than Art with a strong portfolio. If an applicant has less than 30 studio and Art History credits, additional coursework may be mandated by the Selection Committee and/or the Director of the School of Art.
3.0 cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale), or a B average in undergraduate major courses.

TOEFL iBT - 70 or higher.TOEFL PBT - 525 or higher. IELTS Academic - 6.0 or higher.

Our graduate program is rigorous and expansive, encouraging individual exploration in a dynamic community.Characterized by a close working relationship with professors, students engage in a rich exchange of ideas with fellow classmates, and a culture of experimentation and innovation.Our program is not media-specific. Faculty encourage cross-discipline exploration and all facilities are available to students to discover new and exciting possibilities to express their ideas.The School of Art offers a joint MA Art History/ MFA studio degree. Students combine their studio practice with a deeper understanding of historical knowledge, research methods, and critical analysis in a condensed time-frame (many overlapping courses count for each degree). It is particularly useful for individuals wishing to teach art history and criticism alongside studio classes.
