In addition, most teach at the college-level. Other former students are arts administrators, curators and directors in museums, galleries and nonprofit organizations.The MA in Art History focuses on research in the historical and cultural context of visual art. It prepares students for advanced graduate work at the Ph.D. level, and careers in art-related professions in museums, galleries, arts organizations and conservation departments.
