This course provides you with the opportunity to acquire advanced current knowledge in Physics. In addition, you will develop a capacity for independent research and problem-solving that can lead to workplace research and/or a degree by higher research (Masters or PhD). Students completing the Master of Applied Science (Physics) will: acquire advanced current knowledge in Physics, acquire advanced research skills that can lead to workplace research and/or a HDR course, engage in research and development projects in the field of Physics, be able to apply advanced current knowledge, skill and principles learning in the course to their respective workplace contexts and develop an understanding how Physics can be applied to solve global problems from a scientific perspective.<br><br>Note - Due to the ongoing response to COVID-19, online study may replace some or all of your on-campus classes. We'll be sure to keep you informed of any changes.
