Our Master of Arts degree in English offers students an advanced education in the study of literature and literary criticism or writing and rhetoric. Graduate students at the MA level will become familiar with the primary literature and pertinent research in their chosen track.<br>We're driven to explore language - written and spoken - to enrich lives and impact change in the world. Together, we foster a greater appreciation for the role human creativity plays in society. In addition to professional and public writing, students of all majors can pursue their interests through a minor in English or certificates in linguistics, film or exile studies.
