成人教育与人力资源开发教育博士

成人教育和人力资源开发博士课程（EdD）为高级专业人员提供了培训，以促进国家，乃至世界成年人的个人，组织和职业发展与进步。在成人教育和人力资源开发的博士课程中，有两个同类的选择。第一种选择是开放式的同类习俗，旨在满足学生对论文主题的研究需求。第二种选择是以下六个领域之一的定向组织：（1）国际和跨文化教育；（2）劳动研究；（3）城市教育；（4）创业精神；（5）酒店和旅游管理；以及（6）娱乐和运动管理。对于希望将论文主题集中在这些领域之一的学生，定向同源是一个不错的选择。
Our Doctor of Education (EdD) in Adult Education and Human Resource Development (AE/HRD) is designed to serve the advanced graduate study needs of professionals by preparing them to serve as scholar practitioners who develop, facilitate and manage programs for a wide range of adults in arenas such as post-secondary public and private education, business and industry, the military and other government agencies and health care. Instructional technology management, the professoriate, performance and HRD consulting, workforce development administration, hospital administration and knowledge management are some of the career arenas open to graduates.<br>Two cognate options are available within our doctoral program. The first option is an open cognate custom designed to meet the student's research needs on a dissertation topic. The second option is a directed cognate in one of six areas: (1) International and Intercultural Education, (2) Labor Studies, (3) Urban Education, (4) Entrepreneurship, (5) Hospitality and Tourism Management and (6) Recreation and Sport Management. The directed cognate is a good option for students who want to focus their dissertation topic in one of these areas.
