The Specialization in Hospitality Real Estate Development provides graduate students with an in-depth look at hospitality real estate development from concept to planning, including investment analysis, financing techniques, asset management, and much more. As the industry evolves from an owner-operator model to the more complex model of third-party ownership an investment, development and management, students in this specialization will gain the crucial knowledge and skills needed to succeed in this growing field.<br>You will learn to bridge the gap between development and real estate to accomplish a company's expansion goals, and will be prepared to become an integral part of teams focused on research, analysis, site selection and development.<br>Known as the MBA for the hospitality industry, students will gain specific managerial mastery to prepare them to work on the business side of a multibillion-dollar international industry, focusing on the real estate development.
